POPIA Requests
Use this page to submit a request concerning personal information processed by Skyway Services.
You May Request
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Confirmation that Skyway holds personal information about you
- Access to your personal information
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion or destruction where appropriate
- Objection to certain processing
- Withdrawal of consent where consent is the processing basis
- Information about how your personal information is used
Current prescribed POPIA forms are published by the Information Regulator.
Before Submitting a Request
Skyway may need to verify your identity before releasing, changing or deleting information. Do not submit banking passwords, PINs or one-time passwords. Where you act for another person, proof of authority may be required.
