Hand Hygiene Services in Gqeberha

Soap and sanitiser dispensers, supplied, mounted, refilled and kept working across your facility.

An Empty Dispenser Is a Failed Control

Hand hygiene is the single most effective infection control measure in any workplace, and it fails for entirely mundane reasons: the dispenser is empty, the pump has seized, or the unit was installed somewhere people do not naturally pass.

Once a dispenser is unreliable, staff stop using it and stop reporting it. The facility keeps paying for a control that is no longer working.

Skyway treats hand hygiene as a serviced system rather than a product drop. Units are placed where they will be used, checked on a defined round, refilled before they run out, and faults are recorded and replaced.

How the Service Works

01

Site assessment

We map traffic routes, washroom layouts, entrances and high-risk areas to determine where units are needed.

02

Specification and installation

Dispenser type and formulation are matched to the environment, then supplied and mounted.

03

Scheduled servicing

Units are checked and refilled on an agreed round, before they run empty rather than after.

04

Fault handling

Seized pumps, flat batteries and damaged units are repaired or replaced during the service visit.

05

Reporting

Consumption and fault history are recorded so stock levels and placement can be adjusted.

  • Plumbing work and electrical supply for hardwired units are not included

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you service dispensers we already own?+

In most cases yes, provided refills are available for the units and they are in serviceable condition. We assess existing units before proposing replacement.

Sensor or manual dispensers?+

Sensor units reduce contact and suit clinical and high-traffic settings but need battery servicing. Manual units are cheaper and more robust. The assessment recommends based on traffic and environment.

How often are refills done?+

On a frequency set by measured consumption at your site, not a generic schedule. High-traffic washrooms are typically serviced more often.

Do you supply hand sanitiser stands for entrances?+

Yes, free-standing units for receptions, entrances and canteens can be included.
